Welcome to REBIRTH WORLD : LASTAVARD, operated by Casablanca Play ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our game, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). 4. Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases

The Services may include virtual currency, items, or other digital content ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. You acknowledge that:

Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money or transferred outside the Services.
All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
Impersonate any person or entity, including Company employees.
Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services, including but not limited to graphics, characters, music, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.
